Suppliers Terms and Conditions for Transfers
1. Definitions
1.1 Website: The online platform at www.anyrentalcars.am where users can book transfer services.
1.2 Supplier: A third-party individual or company providing transfer services to users via the Website.
1.3 Users: Customers who book transfer services via the Website.
1.4 Services: Transportation of passengers or goods as agreed between the Supplier and Users.
2. Registration and Eligibility
2.1 To become a Supplier, you must:
• Register on the Website and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Have all necessary permits and licenses required to operate transfer services in Armenia.
• Agree to undergo verification processes as required hi by us.
2.2 You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
3. Supplier Obligations
3.1 Service Standards: You agree to:
• Provide transfer services in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
• Ensure all vehicles used are roadworthy, insured, and comply with Armenian transportation regulations.
• Treat all Users with respect and courtesy.
3.2 Licensing and Insurance: You must possess valid licenses, permits, and insurance coverage for all services provided through the Website.
3.3 Pricing: You will set competitive prices for your services. Prices must include all applicable taxes and fees.
3.4 Cancellations: You must notify the Website and Users promptly in the event of any cancellations or delays. Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension.
3.5 Compliance: You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including but not limited to transportation, safety, and tax regulations.
4. Our Rights and Obligations
4.1 We provide an online platform to connect Suppliers with Users but are not responsible for the performance of transfer services.
4.2 We reserve the right to:
• Suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
• Modify or remove content on the Website that violates our policies or applicable laws.
• Request additional documentation or conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance. ( pictures of the vehicle that is set to provide the service )
5. Payments and Fees
5.1 Payments for your services will be processed through the Website’s payment system.
5.2 The Website will deduct a commission 20% from each transaction as agreed during registration.
6. Liability
6.1 You are solely responsible for the quality and safety of the services you provide.
6.2 We are not liable for:
• Any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from your services.
• Disputes between you and Users.
6.3 You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your services.
7. Termination
7.1 Either party may terminate this agreement by providing a written notice.
7.2 We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Any disputes between you and Users must be resolved independently.
8.2 For disputes involving the Website, you agree to attempt resolution through negotiation before pursuing legal action.
8.3 This agreement is governed by the laws of Armenia. Any unresolved disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Yerevan.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and us.
10.2 If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
